Each answer is worth 0, 1, or 2 points depending on how much it reduces exposure (2 = the safer practice). The 8 questions total 16 possible points. This isn’t drawn from a published benchmark, it’s a set of general data-governance practices, scored as a quick way to see where the gaps are, not a statistically validated risk score.
